Lionel Raiffort is the new Chef & General Manager of "Les Anges" Bakery and Restaurant at Royal Phuket Marina.
Lionel has excellent professional experience as a Hotel and Restaurant Executive Pastry Chef & Institutional Caterer; in addition, he has been a participant and coach in numerous Culinary Competitions within the region, winning many highly coveted awards for his exceptional work with French Pastries and Cakes.
Lionel is also the author of the highly acclaimed book "DESSERT Au Creux De L'Assiette", copies of which can be purchased from the restaurant.
Les Anges Patisserie (The Angels Bakery) (pronounced "Lays Ongg") is proving a huge success on the island with many of the 5 star hotels being supplied with our specialty cakes, home made pastries and delicious ice creams and chocolates, from the glass enclosed chocolate room where you are able to view the creations being made.
The condo owners and yachties at Royal Phuket Marina have the privilege of daily fresh product delivered to their doorsteps.
